I will meet with you prior to the event to go through your itinerary and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
I can also meet by phone or email at your request. The planning process does not have any time restrictions, the success of the party depends on the success of the planning. Then, during your celebration, we will emcee, coordinate all events, and work with any other event planners to ensure that your special day is executed according to plan.
Before your event
After signing our contract and saving your date there are two meeting we will have.
We will meet in a central location some where like Panera Bread or Starbucks.
This meeting is one of our first meetings together. At this meeting I will show you the wedding ceremony forms on how to plan one (if you are have us do your ceremony). The other form you will be given is our wedding reception planner, these forms are an outline of how you will design you nights turn out.
It we have not yet performed at your venue of choice, we will contact them and go do a site evaluation.
Prior To Event
You can call or email us as much as you want to have complete reassurance that your wedding reception is going to be a hit.
We will call and respond back to you as quickly as we can.
Also you will receive a friendly call from our office two weeks before your event to confirm our information is correct and check to see if there’s any changes.
one week prior to you event we will send you a event time line to make sure everything is ready and to your liking.
We will clean and test all equipment that will be used at your event to assure a flawless performance.
At The Event
We will arrive no later then one hour prior to your event to start setting up.
We will also work hand in hand with you our customer and all vendors to assure a perfect night.
Our music selection is stored on CD or mp3 and played on a professional grade CD player or laptop. We also carry backup equipment to your event.
We will start playing music before your first guest arrives and play all the way to the contracted end time.
We will follow all events and activities as you planned. Such as all request and do not play list.
At the end of performance DJ will remove all equipment from premises without delay.
After The Event
Customer, their family and Guests will realize that they’ve had the time of their life.
Everyone will be talking about the wonderful time they had at your event for years to come.
We also will conduct a follow up email to get your comments on how we did for future improvement’s and better our skills.
Attire
We will wear appropriate attire according to the type of event.
He is also available to wear attire to meet any theme at your request.
Level of Interaction
Pittsburgh Vibes Unlimited will conform to your desired level of interaction whether it’s high energy, moderate, or low-key.
A high energy DJ will provide a high level of interaction and is able to motivate your guests.
A moderate DJ will provide a medium level of interaction, more on an “as-needed” basis.
A low-key DJ will provide little or no interaction, only making announcements if and when you need them. The choice is yours.
